2Definitions
- "Service" refers to the Matcha Note application, website, and all content, services, and products available at or through the website and mobile applications.
- "Matcha Note" refers to our company, known as "Matcha Note, LLC."
- "You" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
- "Content" refers to notes, documents, audio recordings, and other materials you create, upload, or store using our Service.
3Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Maintain the security of your account and password.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4Subscription and Payments
Matcha Note offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.
Renewal Policy: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription in your account settings.
5Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your Content. By uploading or sharing Content through our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6AI-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of AI-generated content created from your original Content.
- We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs created through our Service.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness.
7Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful or malicious content.
- Engage in unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matcha Note shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
